Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner at all times during club events. The club, its organizers, volunteers, and the venue are not liable or responsible for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by any cause whatsoever.

Attendees participate in all event activities at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the club, its organizers, volunteers, and the venue from any loss, liability, damages, costs or expenses arising from any injury, illness or damage suffered at or related to the event.

The club reserves the right to remove any attendee behaving in an unsafe, illegal or disruptive manner that puts themselves or others at risk. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being at all times.

By registering for and attending a club event, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by this safety disclaimer. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
